YUM! So far my favorites include the Tofu Scramble, Roasted Red Pepper Hummus, Taco Salad (along with the nacho sauce and tangy sour cream), the Goddess Pasta Salad (my entire non-veg family ADORES this one), the Lemon Tahini dressing KICKS BUTT, the beer battered and the mustard crusted seitan, the Kasha Varnishkes, the Chana Masala, and the Sloppy Joannas, OH, and the oatmeal cookies and the spiced applesauce are great too!

To tell you the truth, I haven't tried anything out of this book that hasn't been completely KILLER!

Joanna, this book is soooooo good!

You have totally conquered biscuits and gravy! This is one of the foods I miss from my childhood and I have never been quite happy with vegan versions - but yours is just perfect! We made it for guests this weekend.

Hey Joanna...do your recipes call for lots of TVP, vital wheat gluten, liquid sweeteners and vegan butter(EB)? Cause I'm not too keen on TVP and VWG and liquid sweeteners and EB are (very!) expensive here.

I live in Singapore. (:

Hi! This is completely unrelated to your cooking, but I saw that your last name is Vaught, and wondered if we were related--Vaught is my maiden name. My family is from Ohio, my grandfather's name is Tony Vaught, but he was called Ray as a child. My email address is kristinnicole@att.net, if you want to compare notes and see if we are cousins or something! -Kristin
